I have a heavy heart as each day COVID-19 is having a bigger impact on our communities. Most likely, you are working from home just like me and adjusting to this new reality on a day-by-day basis.
As someone who has grown out of a support department, being the VP of Customer Solutions at Wix.com for many years, managing agents, answering tickets myself in times of crisis and exponential growth, I’ve had the chance to be hands-on in the customer support industry. I can confidently say that we’re in this together and I fully understand this time of uncertainty and the challenges you’re currently facing.
12 years ago, Wix Answers was born out of Wix.com’s support department, answering a need for a better experience for Wix’s customers.
